For deployment of multiple ITS projects and socializing ITS technologies in Georgia
ATLANTA (November 14, 2018) – The Intelligent Transportation Society of Georgia (ITS Georgia) today named Applied Information, Inc., Outstanding Private Member Organization at the chapter’s annual Best of ITS awards ceremony.
In presenting the award, the Chapter cited Applied Information “Fortheir innovation in deploying several ITS projects in Georgia including the (Georgia Department of Transportation) GDOT Smart School Beacons, the (City of Atlanta) North Avenue Smart Corridor, and the Campbellton Road Transit Corridorprojects and for their collaboration with the (Atlanta Regional Commission) ARC, (State Road and Tollway Authority) SRTA, and (Georgia Regional Transit Authority) GRTA in support of socializing and advocating ITS technologies with the general public, politicians, and media.”
